LOOP Design Studio is an architecture and design studio based in Costa Rica that focuses on residential and hospitality projects. Most of its built work is in Nosara and Playa Guiones, with further projects in Santa Teresa, Playa Garza, Hacienda Pinilla, Playa Grande, Santa Ana and Escazú. Its scope runs from preliminary studies and masterplans to construction documents, site visits, sourcing and interior design.
The team holds LEED, WELL and project management credentials, and its projects use reclaimed and locally sourced materials, on-site water treatment and the protection of existing trees.

Playa Guiones, Nosara, Guanacaste · 2022
A 989 m² hotel in Playa Guiones, Nosara, completed in 2022 on the former site of Mamma Rosa, the first beach cabinas in Nosara. The project used reclaimed bricks and clay tiles, locally made wood furniture, on-site wastewater treatment for irrigation and rainwater reuse.

A 3,136 m² beachfront hotel in Santa Teresa, completed in 2025, facing the La Lora surf break. Paths across the site link the buildings and open areas, natural ventilation and local materials shape the design, and mature trees were kept.
