The practice

Arkamos Architecture is a Costa Rican design and build company focused on residential projects, with its studio in Nicoya, Guanacaste. Its team covers the stages of a house from land studies, budget and design to structural and electromechanical engineering, permits and construction. Its published projects include houses in Tambor, Punta Islita, Parrita and Cartago.

Tambor, Puntarenas · 2024

A 356 m² house completed in 2024 on an elongated lot beside the Los Delfines golf course in Tambor, on the southern Nicoya Peninsula. The plan runs in a line toward the golf course and joins the indoor rooms to terraces and the pool; Diego Méndez Arce was lead architect.
